Movie Maker is a free download from Microsoft. It's easy to use. You can add titles, effects, transitions and more. For a tutorial using Movie Maker

Sharing your Video

TeacherTube
TeacherTube has a student project section. Sign up is free. All you need is an email account.

SchoolTube
This is a relatively new video sharing site. It is a bit more secure that TeacherTube and seems to have its emphasis on student created work. Before you can use the site, SchoolTube verifies that you are a school employee.
